Lucia Dazo is a nurse at a nursing home who takes care of Ruth.

History

Lucia was working with Ruth when Ruth swallowed $3.80 in change in attempt to get a field trip. Since the nursing home didn't have the resources to take Ruth to the bathroom frequently, Lucia brought her to the ER, knowing they wouldn't be able to discharge her until she'd passed all the coins. Lucia told the doctors to call them when she was ready to be picked up and left.
